We have been raising/showing Papillons and Maltese for over 30  years and we strive to produce happy, healthy puppies to place in their forever homes!!

We have also attended many seminars on overvaccination, nutrition, structure and movement, breeding and whelping.  If there was a seminar offered we were there!

I am now a lifetime member in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club.   A member in good standing with Papillon Canada as well as taking on the position of Ontario Director this year!!

 

As we "do not" believe in over vaccinating our puppies or adult dogs we do look for homes where people have done their own research regarding this topic and who are open minded to change.    We lean more towards minimal vaccines (if any) and titre testing and we do discuss this topic in detail right at the start.

If you are not opposed to feeding "raw" or a well balanced "cooked" diet - that is also recommended over the daily feeding of a bowl of kibble!

 

We also look for homes for our puppies/retiring adults where they will not be left alone for long periods of the day..    Secure, fenced yards is preferred (especially for the Papillons).   Small children are ok but also depends on their overall ages and how they are around dogs.  We will want to see for ourselves if your children will be "safe" for our puppies to be around.

We do the PRA-1 testing on our Papillons along with vet checks etc. on all our dogs and we have done a few of the newer "Embark" DNA testing with a few of our dogs with great results!
